If customs seizes your package, we don’t vanish. You get a 50% refund OR free reshipment — whichever works better for you. No endless excuses. We share the risk because we trust our stealth shipping.
Lost Package? Full Refund.
Tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive it? We investigate immediately. If it’s truly lost, 100% money back or instant reship — your choice. No restocking fees, no runaround.

Orders ship within 24 hours (Mon-Fri) or we discount your next order. Weekend orders ship Monday morning. We don’t hold your money hostage.
